User-Friendly Screens.

Weapons Guardian contains a user-friendly single view of a weapon permit. Here, you can see all weapons, the photo, the signature, and all the personal information for a particular applicant. You can also see the entire history of what has occurred to the permit such as when it was created, all status changes, etc. This provides a clean, easy-to-use interface which gives users access to relative data when you need it.

The search screen is used to search for a particular applicant or weapon permit. It can also be used to search for any person in the Jail Guardian system. This includes people who have been booked with Jail Guardian; people with warrants, civil papers or other records from Jail Guardian; and people who have been entered through Dispatch Guardian (CAD). The user can search using a number of criteria or different combinations of the criteria. For example, you could search for all permits issued between June 1st and June 5th that having "Pending" as the status. and date issued.

The parameters of the application can be easily changed from this single view. You can edit the items such as the sheriff's name, how often a person must renew, the cost of a weapon permit, and many others.
