Jail Guardian contains one centralized view of all records for a person. Here, you can see all bookings, warrants, civil papers, registrations, and other records for a particular person. It is layered like Microsoft Outlook, part of the most heavily used and recognized software family in the world. This provides a clean, easy-to-use interface which gives users access to relative data when you need it.

Jail Guardian makes booking inmates a simple process. Don't worry about officer turnover because training time is a snap in Jail Guardian. The booking process is streamlined for the user. All they have to do is simply check off each item in the menu. When all items are checked, the inmate is officially booked. The left side of the menu is a list of all people currently being booked into the facility.

Using powerful tools such as Crystal Reporting and Infragistics Graphical Controls, Jail Guardian was built with advanced reporting capabilities. What good is a system that you cannot retrieve the data you want when you need it? With Jail Guardian, this is a problem no more. We can build any report that you can imagine.

The Administration Module is used by the administrators for a county site. It gives the ability to customize data such as bond types, jurisdictions, medical questions, and many more. It also provides the functionality for administering employees and users of the system. You can record information on employees, assign logins, capture pictures and signatures, and print employee cards.
