User-Friendly Screens.

The current status screen shows operators all the current calls and units and their status and maintains that information with up to the second accuracy. The status screen shows details about each call and unit along with the radio log and dispatching history.

The call suspect tab shows information about the suspect of a call, this includes any calls the suspect has been involved with either as a suspect or complainant, as well as any arrests or warrants. On all call information screens your operators have visible alerts telling them of possible issues with the persons or locations of the call.

Dispatching a unit to a call is as easy as selecting the unit from the call dispatch screen and clicking the dispatch button. However, Dispatch Guardian goes even further by allowing you to see the units already dispatched to the call and their status. If you don’t know who to dispatch, Dispatch Guardian will select someone for you - either by selecting the next available unit, or using the rotation manager assuring fair selection process.
